What is domiciliary care?
Domiciliary care, also known as home care, is about creating the support you or your loved one needs for them to continue to fulfill their potential in life with any adaptations needed to do so. This might include: Personal care daily that is undertaken in the way that you choose and direct your core staff, Support with cooking, cleaning, developing your skills, appointments, reducing social isolation, following agreed medical plans around physiotherapy, pain management or ongoing wellbeing support needs. Anything you need to be supported to live as independently and safety as possible - that's our goal.

Our services go beyond home support; we are also able to support you to transition from hospital settings, or care settings, and provide wrap around assistance in times of additional need. Flexibility whilst maintaining as much independence as possible is key.
