Here you can explore some of our sites. At Milford Del, we take great pride in offering accessible and bespoke settings that people we support can call home. We work with a number of housing associations and landlords. Below are some of our settings.

St Peter's View

St Peter's View is a bespoke set up of 8 fully accessible flats in the heart of the community. This well established location offers beautiful gardens and parking for mobility vehicles where required.

Sea Gables

Welcome to Sea Gables, a residential service designed for individuals with learning differences. We believe that everyone deserves an empowering and individualised living space, which is why we've gone above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming community that promotes independence and inclusion.

Hill Street

Hill Street is one of our community based properties comprising of 6 independent flats with assistance nearby 24/7. Hill Street is that perfect stepping stone towards independence.

Carter House

Carter House is a 6 bed accommodation with core support hours supporting people to live as independently as possible.

Denness Road

This is a 3 bed longterm community provision for people who live semi-independently with little assistance.

The Land

The land is our happy place consisting of many different types of animals that people we support can visit and get involved with animal care and therapies
