Mental Health Support
We successfully support a wide range of people with mental health conditions. Our team are committed to continuously growing and learning with you or your loved one so that the person can feel understood and supported in the best way possible. Giving you the courage to work through identified strategies and wellness recovery plans, will help to maintain your life that you choose. Its not easy - but we are there every step of the way and ready to be as flexible as we can.
Available Resources
Our mental health resources for include:

Counselling Services: We offer in-person counseling services for people supported who may be struggling with mental health issues. Our counsellors are trained professionals who can provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Referral Services: We also provide referral services to help people supported connect with additional mental health resources in their community, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and support groups.

Multi-disciplinary panel of specialist services: We are currently developing our MDT which consists of Clinical Psychology, nurse, Occupational Therapist and positive behaviour support specialist. People we support who want to be be supported by this bolt on service can request further information via the manager for their locality.

We recognise that stigma and discrimination around mental health can be a barrier to seeking help. That's why we are committed to promoting a culture of openness and acceptance around mental health. We encourage staff and people supported to seek help if they are struggling, and we provide resources to help combat stigma and discrimination.

A mental health charity providing information, support, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by mental health problems, including local support groups, online resources, and a helpline.
Samaritans
A charity providing confidential emotional support to individuals who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including a 24/7 helpline, email and text-based support services.
Young Minds
A charity that focuses on children and young people's mental health, providing resources for parents, children, and young people, including a helpline, online chat service and information regarding.
